Trachycarpus hybrid: nainital x princeps
Mother plant: nainital
Father plant: princeps
Trachycarpus hybrid 'Nainital x Princeps' combines the exceptional cold hardiness and rapid growth of the Nainital palm with the striking, silver-blue underside and elegant fronds of Trachycarpus princeps.
This unique hybrid inherits the best qualities of both parent species: robust frost tolerance, strong wind resistance, and eye-catching ornamental appeal. Perfect for northern European gardens, it brings an exotic, tropical flair to temperate landscapes while easily handling freezing temperatures.
